SEO rules are changed by Google today for smartphones and tablets

Some time ago Google announced that the rules for the search ranking at smartphones will be changed. Smartphones and tablets have a more important role in the total amount of internet traffic. More then half of the traffice is coming from these devices. Google argues that it is important to have a good user experience at this equipment. That's the reason that they announced the change in the ranking rules. It is remarkable that they inform the developers so detailed as this didn't happen so detailed in the past. This gives the expectation that these new rules will have much more impact at the Google ranking than the algoritms implemented in the past like Pengiun and Panda.
